Kyle Sipple, CobbleStone Software’s 2019, 2022, and 2023 Account Manager of the Year, has been a driving force behind the company’s growth since joining in 2015. As a Senior Account Executive, Kyle has assisted many clients in the evaluation and onboarding process to ensure thorough evaluation, provide detailed information associated with client requirements, assist with smooth transition to the implementation process and assist with post execution / implementation activities.  Kyle continues to lead with excellence, shaping CobbleStone’s reputation as a global leader in contract lifecycle management.

Geoff Saccoccia leads the full end-to-end contract lifecycle management process for Payment Integrity, Risk Adjustment, and Quality at Centene Corporation, with a total volume of 504 contracts per fiscal year. Geoff started his career in IT procurement where he was a buyer in a SMB. While there, he configured and purchased network hardware for end users and helped with the ATT 4G upgrade across the United States. Geoff quickly moved into the healthcare space where he supported various sourcing verticals at McKesson Corporation.

Over the six years, he led the Total Rewards space, Corporate Travel, and the COVID response team during the pandemic. Geoff’s team was responsible for procuring and contracting for kitting and vaccine distribution. At Humana Corporation, Geoff led the software procurement team on various large negotiations across the enterprise and a managed spend north of $1.2B. Geoff has been married for 13 years to his wife who is a child therapist and has two daughters who are 8 and 6.

Anna McGovern is the author of Antifragile Supply Chains: Building Resilience Through Better Strategy and Stronger Relationships and the founder of Pondview Consulting, LLC.

With over three decades of frontline experience in supply chain, procurement, and value chain optimization, she specializes in identifying margin enhancement opportunities and transforming operations to drive efficiency, resilience, and strategic growth.

Anna has led global supply chain organizations across diverse industries, serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Food Bank For NYC, Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement for Arcade Beauty, and Chief Procurement Officer for Global Personal Care at Unilever. Her expertise spans end-to-end supply chain strategy, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, and supplier-driven innovation.

Her career journey—from corporate leadership to independent consulting—has given her a deep, real-world understanding of how businesses can turn supply chain and procurement from cost centers into competitive advantages. She is known for her pragmatic, results-driven approach, helping organizations anticipate disruptions, optimize supplier relationships, and implement strategies that create lasting value.

Anna is actively engaged in the industry as Secretary of the Board and Executive Committee member for CONNSTEP. She holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University and has earned CPIM and CSCP certifications from the Association for Supply Chain Management, along with a certification in Designing Competitive Supply Chains from Penn State University.

When Anna speaks, she delivers practical insights with real-world impact—helping leaders navigate today’s volatile supply chain landscape with confidence and clarity.

Ana Paula Zamorano is a sourcing and procurement operations executive known for leading global and domestic organizations to growth, efficiency, and new capabilities. A specialist in transformation, technology deployment, service outsourcing, and risk mitigation, she advises CxOs and boards and applies data and technology to drive compliant, scalable practices across highly regulated sectors including agro-industrial, banking, and aerospace.

She is the Founder and CEO of ReSource Partners LLC, a procurement and sourcing consultancy focused on third-party spend value. The firm delivers strategies for cost optimization, technology enablement, processes, contract negotiation, and risk management for clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Private Equity. Ana Paula is also a sought-after speaker and subject-matter expert for global procurement and change-management forums.

Previously, Ana Paula held various senior executive roles with Huntington National Bank, Cargill and Alcoa in Procurement, Finance, Operations and Engineering.

Dave Stowe is the founder and managing partner of Adventus – a boutique consulting firm working with clients to develop and implement robust and resilient procurement, finance and supply management operations.  He supports clients experiencing rapid changes in operating expenses resulting from new product launches and M&A transactions. 

 Prior to founding Adventus, he worked at PwC and Oliver Wyman in several consulting capacities for clients with diverse ownership structures from publicly held to private equity ownership.  In addition to his consulting work, he led procurement functions at Horizon Therapeutics and Purdue Pharma.
