Nick Heinzmann is Head of Research, and works with customers and industry influencers to power Zip’s thought leadership, product and competitive strategies. His research interests include user experience in B2B software business process design, especially for procurement. Prior to his role at Zip, Nick served as VP of Research at Spend Matters, where he ran new research initiatives and built the firm’s analyst training program.

Scott Carter manages technology sourcing at Netflix. His specialties include strategic sourcing, design thinking, business strategy, user experience design, corporate development, change management, operations improvement, business development, source to pay and P2P transformations.
