Global medical technology company B. Braun has successfully transformed its procurement operations through the ‘Procure One’ initiative, partnering with H&Z Management Consulting to modernize its globally integrated procurement function across 60+ countries and 40,000+ suppliers.

The transformation addressed B. Braun’s complex procurement landscape, which previously suffered from regional inconsistencies and untapped value potential. H&Z helped develop a new global operating model for indirect procurement, defining clear roles and governance, establishing regional and global category management frameworks, and streamlining policies and processes.
