Ramón Romero Pérez will work closely with the company’s two founders, Patrick Dümpelfeld and Deniz Albayrak, to further develop the firm’s consulting services and build out its position in the market. He will be primarily responsible for internal operations.

Established in 2022, Dümpelfeld Partners is a boutique procurement consultancy based out of Düsseldorf. The consulting firm supports its clients with reducing their procurement costs, optimising purchasing processes, and increasing the negotiating skills of procurement teams for better supplier outcomes. Dümpelfeld Partners has around 20 consultants and staff.

Romero Pérez brings extensive leadership and procurement experience to the firm. He began his career at management consultancy Kearney, where he implemented and managed numerous projects focused on procurement and transformation. He subsequently held various management positions in the procurement organisations of various companies – from digital companies to healthcare and retail – where he built and developed purchasing departments.
